Your two included AI add-ons

Pick the two questions you want answered in more depth.

The full-body CT package includes two AI-assisted analyses of your choice. They run on the scan you already had. No extra appointment, no extra radiation. AI-assisted analysis supports our radiologists and clinical team; a physician reviews everything with you. [MEDICAL REVIEW: this section]

Semi-calcified plaque analysis

A coronary calcium score measures hardened plaque. This analysis also estimates softer, earlier-stage plaque in the coronary arteries from the same scan. Soft plaque tends to form years before it calcifies, so seeing it earlier can mean earlier conversations about lifestyle, medication, and follow-up.

Runs on your CT heart scan. Reviewed with you at your results visit.

Cardiac chamber analysis

Evaluates the size, structure, and geometry of your heart's chambers, which can shift gradually under strain long before you feel anything. It's a look at how your heart is adapting over time, not just what has built up in the arteries.

Runs on your CT heart scan. Reviewed with you at your results visit.

Bone mineral density analysis

Measures bone density and structural strength from the CT you already had. Bone loss is usually silent until a fracture, and knowing where you stand earlier gives you time to do something about strength, mobility, and independence.

No additional scan, radiation, or appointment.

The details

What's actually in these packages.

Open anything below. Each one says what the test is, what it's for, and what happens with the result.

Review of Findings (ROF)

Real time, one on one, with a medical professional. You sit down together, go through your results in depth, ask anything, and leave knowing what was found, what it means, and what to do next.

Your results aren't read in isolation. Labs, imaging, and biomarkers are reviewed as one picture, because a pattern across systems tells you more than any single number.

Risk Assessment Questionnaire Analysis (RAQA)

A 63-point analysis of the risk factors that don't show up on a scan: family history, lifetime environmental exposures, and lifestyle. [CONFIRM: basis for "scientifically backed" phrasing]

It matters because two people with identical scans can carry very different risk. This is how your history gets weighed alongside your imaging and blood work.

Advanced 360 Imaging (A3I)

A 640-slice full-body CT covering your core organs: heart, lungs, liver, colon, kidneys, prostate, plus structural findings like herniations, disc abnormalities, and kidney stones. The heart scan includes a coronary calcium score, one of the few preventive screens radiology societies call promising.

It takes 5 to 10 minutes. Open scanner, no needles, no fasting, no contrast. Read by a board-certified radiologist.

Here's what it shows, and what it doesn't: a non-contrast screening study is a first look, not a diagnosis. If something needs a closer look, a targeted study is the next step, and your physician will tell you exactly what that is.

Recommended every 12 months, because the value of a baseline is the comparison.

Longevity Metabolic Blood Analysis (LMBA)

A 75-biomarker blood panel across your core systems: glucose metabolism, cholesterol and lipids, thyroid, hormones, inflammation, immune markers, liver, kidney, and key nutrients including vitamin D.

The point is a complete metabolic picture in one draw, so risks and imbalances show up while they're still adjustable, and so next year's panel has something to be compared against.

Customized Functional Index Report (C-FIR)

Your blood work, translated. A personalized report analyzing 20 functional health indices, including liver function, inflammation, cardiovascular risk, thyroid, digestion, and hormone balance, written to be read by you, not just your provider.

The same care team reviews it visit over visit, so changes get noticed and your plan gets adjusted rather than rebuilt from scratch.

Advanced ctDNA Epigenomics (ACE)

A liquid biopsy: a blood test that looks for fragments of tumor-derived DNA in the bloodstream by screening for methylation patterns associated with multiple cancer types. Results in roughly 7 to 10 days from a CLIA-certified laboratory.

It's a screening tool, not a diagnosis. A positive result comes with a clear next step: confirmatory testing such as imaging or biopsy, guided by the clinical team.

[CONFIRM: assay performance figures may only be published if substantiated in the claims file with the vendor's clinical data; otherwise omit] [MEDICAL REVIEW]

Advanced Gut Biome (AGB)

A gut microbiome analysis using a simple wipe collection method, focused on short-chain fatty acids: the compounds your microbiome produces from fiber, and a meaningful marker of gut function, digestion, and inflammation.

You get specific, evidence-based dietary and supplement recommendations from your own profile, and stability scoring across samples if you retest, so you can see whether changes in diet or lifestyle are actually moving things.

Advanced Metals & Minerals Toxicity Testing (AMMT)

A non-invasive palm scan measuring 43 elements: 21 essential minerals, 15 heavy metals, and key vitamins, with immediate results. It identifies deficiencies and toxic loads that can affect bone health, energy, and cognitive function. [MEDICAL REVIEW: clinical associations language]

The result feeds your plan: what to correct, what to retest, and what to leave alone.

Codify™ Genomic Profile (CGP)

A cheek-swab genetic analysis of 104 SNPs, 22 of them selected because peer-reviewed research supports acting on them nutritionally. Reports cover ten areas including heart health, brain function, gut biome, energy, detoxification, immune response, inflammation, mood, and methylation.

The word that matters is actionable. This isn't ancestry trivia; it's the subset of your genetics you can actually do something about, with dietary and lifestyle recommendations attached. Results in 14 to 21 days.

Codify™ Custom Compounded DNA-Based Nutraceuticals*

A supplement formula compounded for you, from your own genomic profile, delivered monthly. One formula instead of a shelf of guesses.

Non-GMO, dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free, nut-free, produced in a third-party-tested, NSF-certified, cGMP-compliant, FDA-registered facility. Reviewed by a physician and adjusted as your data changes.

*Designed to support healthy function. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Where this happens

Your scan happens in Houston, on this machine.

This is the Canon Aquilion ONE Genesis at our Houston clinic, the 640-slice CT behind Advanced 360 Imaging. In plain English: it captures your full body in 5 to 10 minutes, the open design means more room around you, and there's no IV, no injection, and no contrast agent.

It's installed in our own building, operated by our own imaging team, and every study it produces is read by a board-certified radiologist. No mobile units, no pop-ups.
